Overnight Oats

Description

Overnight oats are an easy grab-and-go breakfast that’s ready when you wake up. Blending the oats gives this recipe a cookie dough consistency which I LOVE. I have this recipe in my repeat for school breakfasts and the different variations help me not get bored of oats.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup cup oats (rolled, stell-cut, or blended)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup, stevia, etc.)
